Boycott? At Walmart? They do such a tremendous amount of non gun-related business that a boycott by gun owners wouldn’t faze them. Now if you got every single gun owner to participate, then maybe - but that would never happen.

False, terribly false in fact. A boycott from every 2A supporter would have a dramatic impact.

Wal Mart isn't the unstoppable juggernaut it once was. They are fighting Amazon and losing I might add (as are many other retailers). So yes a boycott would impact them dramatically.

I personally boycotted them for the most part for their despicable business practices. I have witnessed them shutter companies many times, so much so that in the early 2000’s I would advise customers to pursue other avenues to market. So much so that the worse news a customer could give me was “we got into Wal Mart” at which point my next phone call was to our credit department to inform the we need to keep an firm grip on our greed it line and terms here. Wal Mart had a tendency to blow a company up in a year, they invest to be able to continue to supply more, etc (based on promises) only to be canceled the next year (leaving that company in debt trying to supply a customer that suddenly shut off the spigot). That’s to say nothing about what they would charge companies for shelf space or their predatory payment practices stringing companies out to 120 days. Wal Mart has done its fair share to destroy small and medium size business in this country to the extent I will never forget.

If nonsensical boycotts actually worked, the only people damaged by the action would be the employees.

I had knee replacement surgery last week at Norman Healthplex, and was told that I couldn't open carry in the operating room. That would be enough for some to never enter a hospital again.
