CARRY RIFLES?

So with the new law, i see people that have ar15 strapped to them, you now can carry a loaded rifle, or are these rifles suppose to be unloaded? Or has this always been the case? What about in the vehicle, i know "before" you can carry in your vehicle if unloaded.

From what I've read you can carry the rifle in the car with a loaded magazine but not chambered if it has a removable magazine, otherwise its to be unloaded. And yes, you can carry a rifle, loaded or unloaded.

I don't hate them, I just think they are idiots that cause a negative image to be casted on gun owners. Tactical Timmy in that picture looks like a goofball. Who goes to a restaurant to eat with an AR slung around their chest? This is about getting attention with the guise of "I'm bringing awareness to the 2A!!". Sorry, major BS. Its more "Look at me, I want you to look at me! Did I say look at me yet?".
