I was five years old and living in Odessa, Texas, which, at that time, was the very center of the universe.
Now I imagine that I knew a lot of things that I probably didn't know.

Well technically, my father had 23 pairs of my chromosomes and my mother had the other 23 pairs of my chromosomes.

Sometime in October of 1962 those chromosomes combine and the final product became reality in July of 1963.

I lived in Odessa for a minute back 40 ish years ago....... Center of the universe is not what I remember LOL.

I am oil field trash so you know why i was there lol !! Best thing about Odessa is I received my first kiss there, I still remember that girls face like it was yesterday!! She was in need of some chapstick . Remember listening to "Seasons in the sun" with her!! Puts me at about 8 at the time !!

"Seasons in The Son" A tear jerker and bubble gum song at the same time. Chicks loved that stuff. I'll never forget. I treated her to an ice cream at Otto's and I told her I'd like to get in her pants. She asked me why and I told her because I'd shi+ in mine.
