I've been in there one time looking for a speed loader for my .44 mag before going to Alaska. I had great customer service. Guy took me right to the speed loaders and pointed out which one I needed, but that was before OSA.....
I've been afraid to drive down that road ever since in fear my truck or I may be recognized going into that store and be excommunicated from OSA.

Specifically, what did they try to do?

Readers digest....... I was in line to buy something reloading related.. He was in front of me talking to the heavy set guy who hardly left his chair behind the counter.

Customer had a pair of pistols (vaquero maybe) he wanted to be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty work of some sort. They were telling him that it would cost him something like $45 EACH to send them PLUS shipping EACH WAY and then another $45 EACH to pick them up. He was confused on why it was 4 transfers when they were going to the same place at the same time. All I did was hunch over and tell the guy to look up the law he was legally allowed to just ship them himself and that they could be returned directly to him without the need to involve the Dongs. Dong guy got all huffy and pissed telling him I was wrong yada yada told me to leave the store.

Doesn't sound like a store I'd want to associate with either
