Hmmm, my first thought was 'I might go to that', but reading the article and their 4 demands..........not so sure.
Their demands aren't really about 2A rights.

The group is demanding the state legislature enact laws that would hold officers accountable when they are found to be at fault in any incident of police activity.

They want officers to be required to carry their own liability insurance and they are demanding the International World Court to investigate the United States for human rights violations of its Black population.

I think they should add this to the list. When 90% of Blacks are murdered by Blacks investigate BLM on why they only care about the less than 2% killed by police. Why are they a racist group that only cares about Blacks? All lives matter.

Not possible. All Professional Liability policies exclude criminal acts. So if the DA charges you, they won't respond to the claim.

I'm afraid the organizers are limiting their potential for success by muddying the waters with those extra demands. They should have kept it simple: a plain old 2A for black citizens event, nothing more. That is something no one can reasonably oppose.

You know, the one that has more murders by cops than blacks, more victims of violent crimes by blacks than blacks by whites, the one who can openly be disparaged in the press, at universities - everywhere? Sick of this one-way, living with blinders nonsense.

First part of that sentence I agree with and they have the right just like every other American. Second part , not at all. Please show me where the United States is promoting the killing of African Americans.
Please educate me on this because I believe this is just more Anti American BS, statistics do not lie and the numbers do not support this narrative.
