The way things are going, this wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. If it happens, and if you decide to give 'em up, would you fess up the entire rifle/gun or would you strip everything but the lower to turn in?

Asking for a friend.
There is a Gunshow somewhere near you. Things will be revealed that no one else knows.

There is speclation that any firearm capable of using "high capacity" mags, even if all one has are "low capacity" mags wpuld be subject to registration under NFA or "buy back".

I heard that too. If they can’t do it thru legislation, they will by ex order force us to NFa register the weapons they don’t like. Won’t affect me cause I sold all those types of weapons to a guy at a gun show years ago. Only got my double barrel now.

Even Bernie said a buyback program would be unconstitutional. He said it would be theft of private property. An AR15 or Glock isn’t like anything else they’ve put on the NFA list. It’s completely mainstream for the day. They might pass another AWB but your gear would be grandfathered. There’s a reason they put a sunset on the original AWB. It was unconstitutional.

Even crazy Bernie knows and said it.

Let’s be honest, bumpstocks, binary triggers and braces skirt the spirit of the law and we all know it. The ATF muddied the water by letting them temporarily fly. “Probably on purpose”

This fear crap is getting old.

We must hold the Senate!!!

I know but I am really hoping it does not get that far.
