Seems that word triggered you pretty good, glad you took notice.

I'm not really interested in who choses to wear a mask or not, more power to them, they know what's best for themselves. However, it's when they think they know what's best for other people that doesn't go over well. I'm not sure if you've noticed or not, but there seems to have been quite a bit of pushback over the last year when it comes to telling those on the right side of the isle, what to do when it comes to Covid.
Man you are really full of advice today. Maybe it triggered you also!!!

I’m impressed!

Nope. I'll tell y'all.

It looks like a horizontally pleated mask, but the top of the elastic strap is attached at the top (Duh!) and the "bottom" of the elastic strap is attached only about 3/4" below the top of the strap. It is very good at keeping the mask from sliding off my nose, but hangs nearly straight down allowing me to breathe fresh air as opposed to re-inhaling everything that gets trapped inside a mask that seals around the edges. (I've only been "called" on it once, but received no grief.)

You wore all that so that when you coughed the droplets would not spread so much? WOW! That is a lot tougher than when I was a nurses aid and had to help people with compromised immune systems, or when I sold medical equipment and had to deliver medical equipment to those people.
Chemical warfare is no joke, but neither is working in a lab dealing with the viruses directly. Those people can't play around. My point is the paper/cloth mask is only good for splatter, it doesn't filter out much, mostly because it does not have a good seal.

That is all the mask is suppose to do. Catch the droplets when the wearer coughs. Nothing else. They are not going to stop airborne germs or anything like that but the anti-mask crowd keeps pretending they are meant to do more.
