I just spoke with the manager of the Home Depot store on NW Expressway. She had not heard the national news about Lowes and BoA and their subscribing to CRT so I showed her many news outlets reporting it. I asked for an email to corporate HQ. Nobody had any email they could give me and they searched the HD website like I did to find one. The manager gave me [email protected]. I sent the letter again to this address and received this:

When I go to the HD website I get a virtual assistant to chat with. I asked twice for a "real person" and twice got a real person. I asked both real persons to give me an email to corporate that will be read about CRT. Both real persons closed the chat. Then they wanted a survey!
