Calling All 1911's

I've been wanting to get back into the 10mm game for several years. It was my first pistol caliber I ever owned and still my favorite. Picked this Camp Guard 10 up over the weekend. I had to remove a nasty bur on the extractor and a metric shat ton of polishing on the feedramp/chamber, but she runs. My shoulder and right fingers can confirm. The Underwood 180 grain XTP is a little warm This is my first bobtail in my life. I love the look of it.

I carried a Delta on duty for a few years. I'm slowly getting back into it. That flat slide and bobbed frame really tugged at me

Decided to finally take my CMP pistol along to the range today. Only put 100 rounds through it, but it's probably the most use it has seen in 3 or 4 decades.

If you only knew how long it took me to find a set of Keyes grips with a painted rack number...
