No, it’s not a double wide. But it is a large single right on the water. We never had a trailer in mind when we were looking for a place on Grand. We either found house’s way out of our price range (half a million to over a million) or houses that we would spend all of our time fixing up. We gave up a couple of times then we found the place we have now. Its super nice and updated inside, 750 sq. ft. deck right on the water. Great neighbors that watch it when we are traveling.
we are very happy with it.
I’m hoping to find a similar setup near eufaula next year. Can’t afford on the water but within a couple of miles would be great.

Awesome find. And your square footage is about double the space that we live in. It is astounding how little room one really needs in which to live. Our RV is probably less than 400 square feet inside with the slides extended out. Outside dimensions of the RV would be in the range of less than 330 square feet.
Our trailer is 1200 sq ft inside and I built the 750 sq fr deck outside. A friend of mine and I built a roof over the deck last summer and man it is great. It’s like having a huge outside living room now.

Have you seen the movie the accountant with Ben affleck? He has a really nice trailer and mentions the space is ideal. I think small spaces make people happier. Less stress.

I totally agree. The wife and I are considering buying a used RV next year and living in it while we are here in the city/Yukon.

Oops...

...I definitely read that wrong about the 750 square feet. I thought the mobile home was that size.

I'll agree on the less stress. As for the movie, nope...

...haven't seen it. In fact, about the only movies I watch are old ones from my collection of DVD's, and most of those are either war movies or westerns.

I understand. If you branch out though, you might like that movie just for the part about the trailer.

Got the electronics upgrade done on the 3d printer, now I can control it from anywhere and view what the print is doing via camera. It even has a AI feature that will detect if the print goes wrong and stop it, I'm moving up in the world.

The thing in the upper left corner is a Raspberry Pi computer that is the controller and the camera is in the bottom middle.

Project after that was the Soviet moon rocket, the N1. Flew four times and blew up all four, before they abandoned the project. My wife thinks I'm crazy for printing a failed rocket, but hey it's history.
