I had rinsed out my air conditioner's outside coils this spring. Just did it again this morning, they we full of dirt etc again. I'm glad I noticed when I mowed a few days ago, the a/c is getting a pretty good workout today. Just surprised they got so filthy again so quickly.
All the high winds we have had. I need to do mine again too I am sure.

Something to do after you mow is take your blower if you have one and blow all the cut grass off your unit which will also blow alot of dirt out of it to it helps if you do it while the unit is running so it will blow everything out of the top of the unit also.

Get a fin comb to straighten out the fins if they are bent. that really helped my old one.

Yes too all this. Definitely get a fin comb. I used to be a project manager for a roofing company and we’d get insurance companies to pay for an “A/C condenser service” the boss would charge between $300-$500. Usually just sent a 19y/o kid who’d spend 10 mins with a fin comb, then maybe 20 mins doing the foam/hose routine. Yes the boss drove a Porsche
