Your 'right' to free expression ends where it violates MY 'right' to live peacefully.
While I agree with you, We have to be careful how we use that little saying. That can easily be turned back on us, that our right to firearms violates their right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
My understanding of the law and your rights is your free to express your views as long as you dont impede on someone elses rights or disrupte their movements. So blocking a roadway or sidewalk is impeding on everyones movement and against the law
We all agree with that. But the other side is already trying to turn that against us. Statements like “ students shouldn’t be afraid to go to school”. Or in the recent case in Tulsa, “we should be able to go to a football game without worrying about being shot “. Those statements seem to be gathering momentum.
We all know the reasons why school shootings happen. There are many of them but most really boil down to mental health issues because of low self esteem sometimes brought on by bullying in the school. Some were pure calculating, conniving, cowards that picked the easiest targets in that killing defenseless children will bring the most notoriety and impact in the community. Most of the shooters do not have an exit strategy and plan on suicide or getting killed during the shooting just wanting to take as many with them as they can.
I haven't heard one peep from any news source about any of the scrotes that did the shootings they were using guns for political reasons.

I too have done some things in my youth I am not proud of, I wish I had Biden's memory so I wouldn't have to remember what I did. I am ashamed of some stupid things.I was a kid years ago and I might have done some stuff that would have a responsible adult uptight.I'm still not fully grown up in many respects. Imagine a snowball so big it blocked the lane.
