Current price to build a home?

Anyone have a range per sqft for Oklahoma or Canadian county? I’m gonna guess around $150-175 for builder quality but would love if someone had a ballpark figure updated for the modern times.

I’d think closer to $200-225 if a builder is involved

Around $200 per foot for a nicer house. Tankless,good windows,custom cabinetry, tile flooring throughout etc.
Materials are still high,but they are coming down. The interest rates are rising and that can really effect your monthly payment.

No one would build a 1000 foot house lol
You could probably do 1700 for around that number.
I looked at an 1800 for 320,000. It had shop built cabinets and tile everywhere but the bedrooms.
That’s $177 per foot

Why not? Smaller house, less property taxes, less utility bills, less furniture costs.
