Just checking, does anyone shoot there or a member of the club?
I read, on a thread here, they have awaiting list, and are going to have to move because they lost their lease.
I asked about non-members access, but got no reply.
I have lived in the Shawnee area for 45 years, and I have never heard anyone talk about it.
I am not sure what the deal is.

I'm a member, at the last meeting it was mentioned that the state land commision and deq wanted us out by the end of the year
to turn it into "residential" area.
The President of the club was in talks with a couple of politicos to maybe move but nothing definite yet.

I used to be, as it was just down the street from my parents. But that was 4-5 years ago... wow!
I don't know who Wes is, but is he working on moving the Shawnee club, or starting a new one?

I live in south Mcloud and would like to join if possible! I like Thunderbird and will consider joining them, but Ken doesn't open on Sundays.
I am a member and talked to one of the officers a few days ago. Currrently we do have to be out by the end of the year. There are still some options to try and stay but, it doesn't look good. Some alternate sites have been identified and show promise. The good news is our officers are working hard to ensure the club stays together and I believe that will happen. I know we have a lot work ahead to find a new site, get moved and return the old site to it's natural state. However, that being said it can accomplised! Club meetings are 2nd Sunday of each month at 2:00 at the club house. Come and hear the updates!!
