That's it! Democrats knew that he ACTED like an infant, but they didn't get that he actually was one.
The money never goes to the actual problem. It goes to set up offices and titles to funnel the money to "special people" that pontificate about what needs to be done and actually never do anything to solve the problems.
Democrats are fast death. Republicans are slow death. Pick you poison. End result will be the same.....
