I have a Vortex Viper PST with tactical turrets MRAD. It's 1X4, I really like it. I think for the money you can't beat the Vortex Strikefire 1x6 though. It wasn't out when I got the Viper.

No the trucks were not blue two were brown Gmc crewcab dualies with large box storage areas, one white, one green and then two black 4x4 pickups with boxes on the back of them. The boxes had rear doors like an ambulance. The guys in the vehicles were not in uniform but looked to be military.

I use one and love it. You won't outgrow it and will still use it when you want to upgrade later to a progressive style. They are ideal for working up loads and rifle loads.
