Thread: In-N-Out Burger

    Default In-N-Out Burger

Anyone ever had them and are they as good as people say? I'd love to try them, but it looks like the closest one is in TX.

It is as good as people say. Look up some info online on the different ways to order, also called the "secret menu."
I don't know that she was as into it as I was, but I thought it was great.

What Cards said... if you arent ordering off the "Secret menu" you fail.

I am suprised there is one in Texas,... I thought they had some wierd phobia about anything east of Las Vegas.

    Texas???

If that's true, I'm making a road trip!

And WHY do you people keep torturing me talking about this... about every week or so SOMEBODY says something about In-N-Out and YES!!!! The double-double came straight from heaven.

I'm also surprised to learn there's one in Texas.

    Ya, it's good stuff.

They have only built in CA, UT, NV, and AZ as the place is still family-owned and did not want to grow too large too fast (Tucson being the furthest east). But they are opening one in Garland and I believe another in Fort Worth somewhere.

Whitey, it wasn't a phobia, it was product control. Up until recently, they only had a single distribution center and as a result, they could only get the fresh goods to the restaurants daily within a certain range. They wouldn't compromise the quality just to reach other markets.

Apparently they've added a new distro center. I wonder if we're getting one soonish.

And Perrone, yes, oh god yes, they are better than everyone claims.

I enjoyed it. Part of the fun though is the simplicity of the food items. The secret menu is tits, though.

My favorite (not on the secret menu) is the 4x4.

I've only eaten there twice, both times in Vegas, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I have never eaten In-n-Out, but everyone I know from California is all "ZOMG, double doubles brah!!!"

I would like to try it one day, just so I can see if it lives up to the hype. Right now whataburger is tops for me.

Some friends are driving to vegas this weekend to pick up some stuff.
I might have to go just so I can try it.

Can anyone say In-N-Out 20x20 from the secret menu?

I hope they do, and I hope Del Taco follows them.

After that, we need a Krystal and I'll be happy. Well, I'll truly be happy after we get a saltwater lake and some decent seafood.
