If you need meat, lots of choices.
If you do buy elk, deer etc. you have to show proof the animal has been slaughtered within a timeframe, don’t quote me but you used to be able to buy for meat only not having to have a license. I’m not an expert but I bet prices will be low on everything this year. Wild Side Auction Services

How much does a side of camel usually go for? Anyone else want to do halvsies?😳
Last auction I went to didn’t see camels but big hairy beavers were cheap.





All seriousness, beaver is probably the best meat there is. I’m not sure if they actually will have any but if you ever get a chance to trap/kill one it’s worth skinning and cooking.
