Thanks guys, season started out real tough for me but things can turn around quick. He is not my biggest but I wouldnt have killed him if I was going to regret it. For me the size of the deer doesn't necessarily determine the quality of the hunt. I'm thankful for a great experience that morning that will stay in my memory for a lifetime.

First time in 45 years I forgot my dang orange vest! Had the hat.
First hunt of the year this morning without seeing a doe. Bucks were traveling in the first hour of light. None cooperated for us, either we couldn't get them to stop or wouldn't turn broadside............ little man is anxious to deflate something
