243 reloads testing

May test out some 243 win reloads today.
got some new ones to try and crony will be there.
87gr Vmax some are in nosler brass.
Been having issues with this bullet staying tight at 200 yards.
another one of those looks good at 100..
I will not even shoot for groups at 100 now...squirrely guns.

Well it was SOOO windy but hey that is the condition you shoot in when hunting in our state.

So tested a few loads again and ::::I HAVE A WINNER.
Norma or winchester brass 87Gr vamax 44gr varget 210m primer Full length sized brass.
OAL is up to your gun.. Norma brass loads were set at 2.693" OAL the winchester loads were set at 2.705" OAL

The Norma brass is in the upper right group circled.. and a winchester load next to that out of the circle.
Then adjusted scope and put two more winchester loads in the circled area next to the tape.
Those 2 winchester rounds circled were 1.193" center to center.
The Norma brass loads were .808" center to center...

NOW::: i was waiting for my target to quit flapping in the wind ,, then i shot..
The rest used was a front bag only and off the top of my camo geo metro.
200 yards....
Yep 200 yards yesterday in this wind...I am very happy...The groups i got before were not good with that bullet.
I stepped up the powder charge and it came in..

Mossberg 100atr in .243 I modded the trigger it is now adjustable like the LBA trigger they now have.
And i stiffened the forend a bit...
The scope is the downside..as the cross hairs would cover the tape and then some at 200 yards.
I fired 4 nosler loads through the crony .

Then i fired 4 of the winchesters same powder charge.
