I still have not been able to confirm that an MSR was used. I have read that they found one, but not that it was the murder weapon. I would just assume to wait until the 'facts' have been released.

None of the Executive Actions nor any of the proposed legislation would have stopped this terrible crime.

Terrible tragedy.
I wonder if the media would feel better if the victims were pushed off a building, or killed with a hammer or a tire iron or a baseball bat with a spike on it?
In any case, my prayers go out.
