If you want a new SA/DA revolver versus a used revolver,,,
There just aren't a lot of choices out there.

S&W, Ruger, Charter Arms, Taurus, & Rossi are the ones that come to mind.

I own a 4" Rossi Plinker and a 4" Charter Arms Pathfinder,,,
Both are decent guns and shoot well enough,,,
Here are a few pics of them.

Comparing the Rossi to my S&W 63.

I've had these guns for a few years and have put many 50-round boxes through each one.
Never had a problem with them and both actions smoothed out nicely.

Not smoooooooth like the S&W model 63,,,
But not bad at all.

I don't hesitate to recommend that they are worth a look if new is what you want.

Taurus gun bad. S&W good. Had a Taurus semi-auto once and it quit working without even a box of .22 LR's shot through it.

What's a good .22LR revolver? Possibly even a .22 Magnum?
I need a good .22LR revolver since I wanna work with revolvers A LOT more as far as good accuracy, speed in shooting, and something just super fun to have.
I would like something with a nice to SWEET action to it.
I can't always shoot my .357 or else we'll be broke! :P
Probably in a 4 to 6 inch model of some sort, plus stainless steel since I'll be working with it a lot and don't wanna get it messed up.
More than likely a Smith of some sort but I'm terrible at revolver models, or a PRE-LOCK Taurus if they've made any in the past.
Also, something that won't cost me an arm and a leg! :P
SO if anyone knows what would be a good option, lemme' know!

Smith model 63 with 5 inch barrel. When I read your post I thought you were describing the 63. 8 shot capacity, HI-VIZ Fiber Optic Red front sight, Adjustable rear sight. Don't buy a Taurus and don't buy a single action revolver. You won't be able to drop the spent casings in one motion with either. I have tried the Brazil guns and they are not even an option. Find the best price on a 63 and you will never be disappointed.

My vote would be for a ruger single six-stainless or blued--pick your length--IF you like loading one round at a time
Revolver, I'd go with a tried and true Smith Wesson
