Romanian AK's aren't bad, they seem to run very well from what I can understand.
I'm not trying to make you by this type of AK but Polish AK's seem to be the "top dogs" in the AK world.
The Polish AK's though are a wee bit pricey, I've handled one and let me tell you, they're amazing.
But when I turned the price tag around, my jaw dropped.
I think it was at least like four digits?
If I had the money though, I would've snatched it right up.
