CLASSIFIER MANAGEMENT time at Old Fort Gun Club. This Sunday is our annual Special Classifier match. Here are the details.
Shoot the match twice, with a different gun each time, and solidify your current Class. Start the first round early, sign in at 8:30, shooters meeting at 9:00. Do the whole match again, starting at 1:00 with another gun. Or if you can't get there early morning, come shoot just the afternoon game.
What about cost? We're having an August Heat Blowout Sale! Mission Count to USPSA for a Special Classifier is over twice the rate of a regular match, but we are holding the line. Shoot the match once for the regular $15 fee. Shoot the second time for only an additional $5.00!
Here's the match set up. Five Classifiers: 99-27; 99-28; 99-45; 99-51; and 03-14. Add a field course of 32 rounds (only 5 IPSC, the rest steel) and you've got a 128 round match. Shoot it twice on Sunday, and you've got quite a day of trigger time.
