Not gun related and I have no pictures (nor do I have the item any more), but I found a really nice homemade offset smoker at a garage sale for $3 several years back. Had perfect ventilation, heat plates, and a stable base with wheels. The only problems were a little bit of surface rust on the outside (which was easily taken care of) and it probably weighed over 200 lbs.

Let the step-dad of my current girlfriend at the time borrow it and I never saw it again.
