This question has probably been asked many times before but are the 9mil rounds in FMJ and Lellier & Bellot in 115 grain any good for target practice? I don't want to use anything that would ruin my gun. These are found in the "Sportsman's Guide that was mailed to me.

Ammo should be fine.
If they don't cancel your order and charge you more.
I've never had a problem with them myself, other than cancellations and all of a sudden it is out of stock and they expect you to wait 6 months for the ammo at the advertised price.
Have you tried Aim surplus, J&G, Copes, centerfire systems?
