Doesn't look to be outside the market price wise for what you get. Only time will tell how good a shooter it is.

I'm not real excited about the caliber selection for a switch barrel.

No it doesn't considering it would cost me over 4K to build my rifle from scratch again. I'm sure the price for the Delta 5 is MSRP so you should be able to knock a few dollars off that price and with military/LEO discount who knows...$1,700-1,800. That's the price of a Tikka Tac A1.

A fancy bolt action AR.
I know you can get bolt action AR uppers and switch barrels the same way.
Here is one place. I am sure there are others.
I have not researched the AR10 bolt action. I bet there is something out there.

Has a few nice features that generally are a few hundred or so in aftermarket parts. I concur that the calibers offered could be expanded. It will certainly be interesting at that price point to see the LR interested folks reviews.
