Oh they definitely should be designated as such. If they resort to violence and terrorist activities. All groups of people who resort to violence and terrorist activities are by their very nature defined as such. But designating the group as domestic terrorists, what does it really do? Does it give LE the special duties to investigate, monitor and surveil? I suppose since they have used violence already they have been on LE's radar. I guess since congress has officially designated them as such it gives additional funding to LE?
