Any SOT in Tulsa area for inbound NFA transfers?

I'm buying a SBR and can from a SOT out of state and need to do SOT to SOT form 3 transfers, then form 4 transfers to me. Need to be in Tulsa / NE OK area and prefer e-form.

How long are transfers taking now?

We are typically seeing about 12 months. The ATF says it should start speeding up a little because they are ramping up staffing.
