I got a new 20 MOA rail and set of rings for my X-Bolt. I'm really not looking forward to removing the scope off of the rifle, for the sole fact that I've got that thing so dialed in that is almost cheating. Currently, I only have 30.25 MOA of drop travel available, which lets me dial out to about 1050 yards. Adding in that additional 20 MOA of travel will let me dial out to further distances before I have to start relying on the holdovers on the reticle. I'm thinking that with this rail, I should be able to use the turret to about 1400 yards.
