Looks just like a Dana 44, 60 or Sterling 10.5 inch. Only it has a center pin and C clips for the axles. Setup bearings will make it way more user-friendly unless you like pressing bearings on and off over and over until the shims and pattern are correct. Or put the shims between the races and housing. Nothing is as easy as a Ford 9" lol.

I've done a gear swap in a Mopar 8.75 rear end. It wasn't really that hard.
I don't think the Chevy would be that much different.

I haven't done one since high school days so I'm no help. I've done forgot most everything I learned about it.

I pulled a 10 bolt posi-track out of a '67 Impala, swapped gears, and narrowed it for a V-8 Vega build I was doing.
