In Bulgaria you need a license just to own a gun. Much more restrictive than anywhere in the US.
Just shows you that there needs to be more gun laws. Keep adding more gun laws until these things don't happen no more and then you know you have enough gun laws. Pretty simple, I'm kind of proud of myself for coming up with such a great idea. Well actually I got it from Mr. Obama.
