ATF on my stamp application....

Gave the money and app to my dealer 5 1/2 weeks ago and called the ATF number today.

"Nothing pending" which basically means they haven't even started my app process yet.

Don't these people know I'm like a 7 yr old on Christmas morning???

Apparently times for a suppressor are running upwards of 6 months right now.

Sucks to hear about that. It can take 6-8 weeks for the info to be entered in to their system. People are seeing 4-5 month turn around on transfers. I am currently at 130 days on a couple of suppressors.

Form 3 and Form 4 are relegated to paper only at the moment. The eForm 1 is the only form that can be submitted by a consumer and you must have a trust or business.

unless you are the manufacturer building the suppressor under a form 1 using efile, then Christmas is going to be late for you this year.
