Where do you have to go get MT View links? None in my area that I know of.

I really like a good hot link. Grilled or pan fried and then wrapped in a fresh tortilla. Or on some rye bread, add a slice or two of pepperjack cheese with a light drizzle of spicey brown mustard and a Claussen pickle (they are not cooked so they have a "crunch" to them").

Prefer beef or a product that is pork. Not a fan of any sausage with chicken in it because I don't want to eat mechanically separated chicken parts.

Need to try Braum's. Been a fan of Schwab's.

Just seems to me that mt view casings are pretty tough and chewy.

That's why I smoke mine until they are well done, makes that issue go away.
