Best place to buy tools for band changes?

Just like the title says, I need tools to do some NATO strap swaps. Especially one that will compress both pin ends at once on my SMP. And....go!

Harbor Freight or Northern Tool is where I would start.

@leemozoid, I’m in the same boat with my SMP. There is a guy on YouTube that shows him loosening one side just enough while pulling pressure while compressing the other side. I’ve tried it with no luck though.
