Back in January I had a pipe bust under my yard. One coming into the house. So I call B Russell and they send a guy out and he fixes it.
Jump ahead till this last friday. Same pipe, same leak. It sucks....but these things happen. We call them back out and they 100% stood by their work and fixed it for me.
In these days of expecting to get screwed, it is refreshing for a business to do the right thing. So I thought I would publicly recognize them for doing the right thing.
I hope this doesnt violate any rules by doing so.
