Sycamore trees, which most of the world calls a Plane tree, is one if the oldest extant trees on this planet.

The Sycamore evolved well before other species, even before the trees that have expanding bark. This is why the Sycamore continually sheds it's bark, like a snake shedding skin. It gets too big, the bark splits and peels off, new bark grows underneath.

And here is photos of the Sycamore and Big Willow Oak. The Willow Oak has a wing spread of 67ft wide. I started in on it early this summer cleaning out the dead limbs from that Ice Storm two years ago October 2020. And I had a small window this morning to burn what came out of the two Sycamores and Willow Oak. Second big pile is from 200ft of Crepe Myrtles that had been let go to turn into Trees. I cut them back in mid January to stunt them back to bushes.
