Am I the only one that gets annoyed when you hear somebody near you constantly sniffling their nose? I want to turn around and tell them, "hey, you know you could get rid of that excess mucus by blowing your nose instead of sniffling it back inside your head".

I have allergies and often am guilty of this but I do blow a lot too. Often times my nose gets red and irritated from the constant blowing.
