Brass Polish

What do you guys use? Can it come from the chemical aisle at Wal-mart or does it have to designed exclusively fo tumblers?

I use Lemishine with some concentrated liquid detergent and stainless steel media to clean my brass to a very nice finish!!

I should have been more clear, my bad, I was in a hurry... Lemishine is by the dish detergent, it's meant for rotary tumblers and water... For a vibratory tumbler you're gonna want to add a cap of nu-finish (car polish in an orange bottle) and a used dryer sheet... Get some fine walnut media from petco (labeled lizard litter) and go to town, they come out sparkley.

Use caution in that the polish you use doesn't contain ammonia like brasso. The ammonia will attack the brass and destroy it. Blitzfike

Nufinish specifically. And the dryer sheet cuts down on dust. WAY down!

I'm still using the media I bought before I knew about the lizard litter, but that's what I'll be getting next

Remember, used dryer sheets, otherwise even with "unscented" your media and brass will smell like fresh laundry.
