I would like to start shooting in bullseye and am in the market for a pistol. Looking for something introductory and less expensive. Any thoughts?

CDNN has a Walther SP22 M2 for $299. Thoughts on that?

Second for Ruger Mark II or III - I shoot a Mark II Bull Barrel.

If your bullseye division allows optics, consider a Beretta Neos, as it comes standard with an accessory rail. This is my wife's preferred target pistol.

The Ruger is your best bet for economical. Easy to start with and lots of aftermarket upgrades if you keep shooting. The MK III's come with optic rail also. 45 style conversions are legal but reliability is normally the issue as well as accuracy, can't go wrong with a Ruger heavy barrel.
