Lol, yeah... apparently so. :D
I will say that steam is one of the most powerful forces on earth, but his craft doesn't appear to to have enough reserve to get the distance he is looking for unless he has harnessed tens of thousands of psi of steam. The tanks that would be required to retain that much pressure would weigh more than the thrust generated?
I don't know. That's why I'm not a rocket scientist.
