CCW and PTSD???

Ok, I was asked this question today and don't have a good answer for it. Can a veteran who has been diagnosed with PTSD due to military service receive a CCL from Oklahoma? I have read the regs again and it seems questionable at best.

you will probably get a dozen responses. If a person hasn't been hospitalized for the disorder, then I would just answer the questions honestly and not worry about it. However, you could email the osbi from their website and ask them would be the best idea, then you do not risk the application fee.
