My class instructor told me what to do after the ink prints taken in my county of residence (McCurtain) were rejected. Specifically, go to Choctaw county where they have a scanner, as after the first rejection, you can go to any LE agency in the state. But I must have gotten lucky, as the old-fashioned ink prints worked, and I got my license in 47 days from the time they charged my CC.
