Just a gee whiz thing...seems someone is always 'walking across America' for one cause or another.
My wife passed a guy on I-40 this morning, walking East in between Midwest City and Shawnee. He was dressed in DCU's, carrying a ruck with an American flag strapped to it.
Figured I'd use the collective power of OSA to try and figure out if it was just a highway wanderer or a charity deal. Anyone got any gouge on him?
