I think if Chumlee had in fact died of a heart attack, as the History Channel originally reported, Pawn Stars would continue without a glitch. But if "Gramps" dies, and he looks pretty CHF to me, the show may stumble in ratings. I doubt if Gramps is a DNR - he is probably a full blown code. They will do whatever is necessary to keep "The Old Man" going...
