Custom gun case foam

Hi, does anyone have custom foam done and where do you recommend to get some? I'm thinking about getting a pelican case for my ARs and would like some custom foam for it. Thanks for all the help.

You could always give it a try yourself with a sharp knife or a DIY hot wire foam cutter.

And a cheap electric knife works well cutting the foam. I bought an electric knife at Walmart during their pre thanksgiving sale. I think it was $10. Probably sucks for cutting turkey, but works well for everything else.

well, im talking about cutting the foam to the outline of the gun. I can see the box knife and marker method would work but i think the finish product would look like, well, it has been cut with a box knife.

Hot wire foam cutter and steady hands. Don't use a box knife.
