Does the Tribe own the oil company in question?

If not, I'd think the company would still be liable for the spill. Actually I'd think they'd be liable anyway, but I know practically nothing about Tribal policies.

The company that owns the tank battery that had the spill had a crew in there for a week after the floods went down to get that battery back in business. Meanwhile the crude sludge is still all over my driveway, and right of way as well as the neighbors. I can't mow, Can't clean up the fence row, nothing. The BIA rep in Tulsa is not returning my calls. The deadline of 30 days I was told to have the site cleaned up is fast approaching.
Hoping for good news tomorrow. Taking a sample of our well water to DEQ for testing tomorrow to see if we have sanitized it good enough. 26 days now of no drinking water at the house.
