Agreed, TFF. always better to own than lease. Which is why I plan to buy as much as I can in about 3 years when I move to OK. Minimum of 240 acres and hoping for more but dependent locations and homes/structures on the property, the prices can vary greatly. Your 1100 acres with just land probably runs $1.7 - $2M or more would be my guess, depending on location.
