you nailed it. Had that happen also. Guess trial and error. Those blue presses are freaking bullet proof, but you can fill up those tubes and primer cups dang quick. lol

I'm glad you found the problem without having to send it back to Dillon. I have two Dillons, the 550 and 650. Isn't it nice to know you have a used one and it's still covered for life. God luck

I think I discovered the problem... the spent primer tube is just jammed with old primers and they were stuck up under the shell plate causing it to jam. I still don't have it cleared... Need to take the press apart more and unmount it from the bench which is such a pain.. but I think that's the issue. Not sure how it got all jammed up.

It was probably a primer that got wedged and bent somehow. Maybe some dirt or media that got stuck in there with it.
