If they can be drafted and put their lives on the line, then ALL the constitution applies to them. If you tell me that they are not mature enough to purchase a type of firearm, then they are not mature enough to vote, and damn sure are not mature enough to be forced to join the military in any posible future draft..

The 26th Amendment was not ratified until 1 Jul 71 so it makes sense that the GCA (signed into law on 22 Oct 68) required handgun purchasers to be 21.

What doesn't make sense is that it's taken 52 years to get a judge to realize that 18-20 year olds have the same rights as 21+ folks do.
